Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your style. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item. There is no shipping cost for the replacement item, however the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. To exchange an item, please contact us via email using our “Contact us” section for an Exchange Authorization.
We require proof of purchase to honor an exchange. If you provided us your information when you checked out, we will typically have a record of your purchase.
You may cancel your order without charge. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be prior to production. If the order is for a stocked item, cancellation must be prior to shipping. If you refuse delivery after shipping, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Exchange Policy.
